Policies are subject to change at anytime.

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required upon booking your appointment. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of the appointment. Meaning you pay a portion in advance so you pay less the day of your appointment. (Girl Math)

Cancellations —must be made 24hrs in advance to not be charged additionally. If it is less than 24hrs in advance a $25 fee will be charged or applied to the rescheduled appointment, 2nd cancelation you will be charged a $50 fee. If you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled service or no-show to your appointment the FULL cost of the service you were scheduled for will be charged to the card on file. If you continue to cancel/reschedule/no-show, Dulce Periculum reserves the right to cease future bookings of services.

Tardiness- 15 minutes past your appointment time is considered late. You have an option of rescheduling with a $25 late fee or IF we can continue with the appointment an additional $30 fee will be applied to the service. Anything after 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment is considered a no show.

Please please please allow yourself time to find parking and be buzzed into the building. Our estheticians are booked back to back so please be courteous of their time and your own. Arriving late will only result in less time for your appointment or a reschedule.

Fills should be scheduled every 2-3 weeks with lash extensions at 40% or fuller. If your lashes are less than 40% your appointment will be considered a fullset. If you can count how many lashes are on each eye you should be booking a Fullset. When in doubt message your artist with a picture of your lashes and they will direct you with the correct appointment to book. 

NO FOREIGN FILLS. Foreign fills can cause reactions due to mixing of glue or based off of previous artist application can lead to bad retention. We offer removals and fullsets but absolutely no foreign fills under any circumstance. Please book appointments accordingly.

Dulce Periculum and the independent contractors reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any point and time.
